How this website handles your data - the short version.
This is the short, honest version.
getslaide.com is a static website. It exists to document the open-source Slaide project. We don’t run ad networks, sell data, or build advertising profiles from your visit.
What we collect
- Nothing required. Browsing these pages doesn’t ask you to sign in or hand over personal information.
- Server logs. Our host may keep standard request logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for security and aggregate traffic statistics. These are not used to identify you.
The Slaide software
The Slaide CLI, viewer, and libraries run on your own machine. Decks you write, build, or export stay local unless you choose to publish or share them. Slaide does not phone home.
Third parties
Pages may link to external sites (GitHub, GitLab). Following those links is subject to their respective privacy policies.
