Share a Slaide Deck

Send a view-only link to a deck in the web app or on your phone, or send the deck as a single file. Turn the link off whenever you want.

You can show a deck to someone who has no Slaide account. Send a link, or send the deck as one file.

  1. Open a cloud deck in the web app.
  2. Click Share in the top bar.
  3. Click Copy link and send it.

Anyone with the link can view the presentation. Viewers cannot edit it.

The Share button is for decks saved in the cloud. It does not show in the demo.

  1. Click Share.
  2. Click Disable link.
  1. In the library of the mobile app, tap the … menu on a deck.
  2. Choose Export / Share….
  3. Tap Copy share link.

The link option shows for decks that are paired with your cloud account.

Send the deck as a file

A .slaidec file holds the deck, the design, and every picture. The person who gets it opens it in any Slaide app.

  1. In the web app, click Download and choose .slaidec.
  2. On a phone, choose Slaide file (.slaidec) on the share sheet.
  3. Send the file.

Open a deck without an account

The free viewer opens .slaide and .slaidec decks on the desktop. The core of Slaide is open source under Apache-2.0 on GitHub.
