Delete your Slaide account

This page tells you how to delete your account for Slaide (the app for iPhone, iPad and Android, and Slaide Hosted at app.getslaide.com). Slaide is made by AIVory, Inc.

Delete it in the app

1. Open Slaide and sign in.
2. Go to Settings > Delete account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm.

The deletion runs at once.

Delete it without the app

Write to [email protected] from the email address of your account, with the subject “Delete my Slaide account”. We delete the account within 30 days and send you a confirmation.

Delete some data and keep the account

• To delete a deck on your device, open the deck menu in the app and choose Delete.
• To delete the cloud copy of a deck and its earlier versions, sign in at app.getslaide.com, open Decks, and delete the deck there.
• To delete AI chats or coach results, write to [email protected] and name the deck. We delete them within 30 days.

What we delete

• your account: your email address and your name
• your organization, if you are its only member
• your decks and their earlier versions, your images and files
• your AI chats and your coach results
• your synced devices

What we keep

• Purchase and trial records, with your name and email removed. We need them for refunds and to stop abuse of the free trial. We keep them as long as tax law requires.
• Reports you sent about AI replies, with your name removed.

A deletion can’t cancel an Apple or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your Apple ID settings or in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions.

Decks that you keep only on your device stay on your device. Delete the app to remove them.
